The mission of Fusion Yoga is to strengthen, energize, and relax the student, helping them to create an integral sense of wellness and freedom within.
Yoga-Fusion introduces you to the varied styles of Yoga, including Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Iyengar, (alignment) Power Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Core Yoga. It is a great way to expand one’s Yoga practice and mix it up a bit with some new ideas and wellness practices. Here, you are not only infused in the various forms of traditional and contemporary yoga, but also the essential pillars of this ancient practice, including breath, strength, integrity and spirit.
In each themed class, focus is on traditional as well as creative yoga poses, yogic breathing, movement, proper alignment in the postures, and meditation. You will be assisted in cultivating core strength, balance, breath techniques, flexibility, and concentration. Yoga Fusion is creative, challenging, well balanced, and moves at a progressive pace. Some previous yoga experience is recommended, although with modification suggestions, this class is appropriate for all practiced levels. Props such as yoga blocks and straps are occasionally utilized to support and deepen the student’s exploration and practice.
