Mixed Level Yoga with Christine Varjian ~ Wednesdays 4:15pm
This open level class, inspired by school teachers, is an exciting way to be introduced to yoga or deepen your current practice. Each week, we will explore the ancient teachings and link this wisdom to everyday struggles in and out of the classroom or workplace. Students will then be guided through a traditional vinyasa practice which connects the breath with movement, creating a flow of poses designed to lengthen and strengthen the body…be prepared to sweat! Class will end with a short, guided meditation. Whether you are a teacher or not, this class is designed to relieve your stress, improve your health, and inspire positive changes in your life.
