Beginner Yoga with Christine Davison ~ Saturdays 11:30am
Yoga has so many benefits: relieving stress, lowering blood pressure, creating a sense of balance and wellbeing in the body and one's life, building strength, increasing flexibility, and more.
Come join Christine for a peaceful spiritual sequence of Hatha Yoga postures combined with breathing exercises (Pranayama.) The class also includes restorative poses inspired by Yin Yoga that focus on gently stretching and healing the connective tissue of the body through a series of deep relaxation poses, ending with a brief meditation.
