Beginner Vinyasa with Kerri McClain~Sundays at 12:30pm
Vinyasa flow is simply linking the breath to the movement of the body as it flows through a sequence of yoga postures. With this beginner vinyasa class we will break down the postures and learn the correct alinement while deepening our connection to our body and breath. We will learn the basics of sun salutations, pranayama (breathing), and a variety of Asanas (or yoga postures) that will begin to build a beautiful foundation for a vinyasa flow practice.
