An in depth workshop that is sequenced to detoxify the body, mind and spirit.You will be guided through an asana practicecarefully sequenced to activate, cleanse and energize the physical organs and the energy meridians known as chakras.One by one we will move through the chakras and explore their function and vitality.
Through the use of crystals and meditation you will be guided through a practice of understanding the anatomy of the energy body and its impact on the physical and emotional body.Take the journey inward, explore on all levels and learn the tools to harmonize the mind, body and spirit. Each participant will receive stones that correspond to the chakras to activate and balance the meridians.These stones will be yours to use in your life and to remind you of the practice.
