Private Yoga Sessions offer one of the best ways to practice yoga.

Private yoga sessions with Rebecca Bergstrom are supported by her experience with people from every situation.  She has taught yoga to people who are bed-ridden, individuals who are proven athletes.  She works especially well with those who have illness, or injury.  Rebecca's helps students with "bad backs", injured knees, depression, anxiety, cancer, ALS, MS, fibromyalgia, addictions, eating disorders, and basic inflexibility or strength issues. The beauty of the system Rebecca uses is that it works for people whether they are bound physically, emotionally, or spiritually. With guidance the elegance of yoga can help anyone to expand safely..

How could I benefit from private yoga sessions?

▪ New to Yoga – Enjoy patient detailed instruction. Ask questions, and build confidence and a foundation that will support you in continued practice.

▪ Work toward a specific goal- flexibility, strength, balance, lower your blood pressure, become a better athlete

▪ Target or Heal a specific area- tight hips and hamstrings, injured knees, back pain, or pain in the neck. Help yourself in post-surgery recovery, balance, stress release, feeling better emotionally.

Private & Semi-private Yoga Sessions


What to expect at your private yoga session.

Private yoga sessions can be held at your home or at Yogadesha studio.

Each session will take into account your intention for your yoga practice.

Each session will guide students through the practice of asana, pranayama, and savasana or meditation at a pace that fits each individual’s needs.

Expect to develop a relationship with your teacher, which helps you to grow as a complete person.  Private sessions cultivate an environment that helps one to feel safe and be able to take the risk of moving forward no matter what skills or limitations may be apparent.

Rates: $120.00 for one hour session


Discount is available for prepaid package of 10 or 20 sessions.
