Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient, profound approach to bodywork that combines the best of massage and yoga.

Dressed in loose, comfortable clothing, you are led through a series of gentle yoga-like stretches that stimulates the body while calming the mind. After your session, you will feel refreshed and energized.

A brilliant form of bodywork, Thai Yoga Massage is the perfect antidote for the ever-growing stress in our lives.
When arriving for a session:
• Wear comfortable clothing such as sweat pants, long or short-sleeve T-shirts, and clean socks. (No shorts, please.)
• Do not have a large meal before the massage.
• Please be on time.

The distinguishing feature of Thai Yoga Massage lies in its approach to gently stretch and open the body. This increases joint mobility and flexibility, therefore providing a greater range of motion. As muscular tension is slowly released, blood and energy can flow freely. The lymph system is stimulated as well, which helps support the body's natural detoxification process and boost its immune response. Thai Yoga Massage also generates a deep state of relaxation and promotes centeredness and well being. It will leave you feeling deeply nourished, relaxed, and filled with energy.

Thai Yoga Massage is one of the world's oldest massages, dating back more that 2500 years.  It has been handed down by masters from generation to generation and yet it continues to evolve to this day.

It is a massage, it is a therapy, it is yoga, it is stretching, it is beyond words.  During the session you relax as you are moved into various stretches that help tone and revitalize your muscles and internal systems.  It is a full-body massage including your neck, back, feet, legs and head.
