Yoga for Young Girls with Melody Lima ~ Thursdays 7:15pm
   
This encouraging and fun class, Yoga for Young Girls, ages 10-11, will include breathing practices, sitting and standing poses, games, stories, chanting and relaxation.  Yoga can help you to understand and explore the different parts of yourself:  your Body (physical parts of you), your Mind (how you feel and what you think), and your Spirit (your personality, the spark that makes you unique).  This class will also help you, Young Girls, to build strength, flexibility, focus and balance, while deepening your awareness of yourself through confidence, peace, and acceptance.  Moms are welcomed too!!
