Vinyasa Open is a high-energy class that is appropriate for strong beginner (at least some yoga experience) to advanced students who want a vigorous, dynamic practice. Classes usually begin with 20-30 minutes of flowing sequences that link movement with breath. Classes have different sequences each week, but most will include balance poses, inversion practice, and cooling down with deep stretching on the mat. Instruction will build from the easiest level to more advanced variations, so that students can feel comfortable where they are or challenge themselves to go further. All classes will focus on pranayama (breathing practices), and some will focus on meditation techniques.
