Open Level Vinyasa Flow with Kate Hewitt ~ Sundays 4:30pm
Vinyasa is the art of finding meditation in motion. We will bring our awareness to the present moment with breathwork and meditation before we move into sun salutations, a centuries-old method of opening and energizing body, mind, and breath. Seeking a balance between effort and surrender, we will practice both strengthening poses (such as standing postures, balances, backbends, and inversions) and restorative postures (such as forward folds, twists, and hip openers). As our bodies flow with our breath, we will infuse each posture with compassion and peace. All are welcome – bring a playful spirit and an open mind!
