Open Level Vinyasa with Lynn Schoorl Mondays at 9:30am
This class provides a sequence of postures linked together by the thread of the breath. Vinyasa is a meditative style of yoga where movements are synchronized with the breath in a flowing sequence of postures designed to warm and expand the body. Sequences of poses and counterposes clear blocked or stagnant energy which allows you to move into a greater state of balance and clarity. Props are used to honor your individual needs allowing you to explore more challenging poses in a safe and supportive way. Some previous yoga experience recommended.
