Mommy & Baby Yoga with Rebecca 'Bex' Buckner

This class incorporates Yoga poses for mom and activities for baby enabling a fun and interactive experience for the both of you.  We will focus on exercises to help strengthen and restore your body after pregnancy and labor while engaging baby on the mat with you. Whether you have previous yoga experience or you are a beginner, this class is a great opportunity to re-connect with yourself, your baby and meet other new moms!
