Mixed level Vinyasa with Stacey Bell:
Mixed level Vinyasa with Stacey is taught with the understanding that yoga practice awakens the healing power of stillness and flow within us. Stacey believes that as we grow more adept and master the asana (postures) we are able to listen and witness ourselves in a deeper way.  In Stacey's class, she will support each student on their journey of awareness by focusing on clarity of alignment; movement of breath and the understanding of how the two creates a dynamic energy flow in the body. Her classes are challenging, spirited and inspiring.  Stacey is a certified Kripalu yoga instructor with many years of Iyengar yoga study. Stacey's training as an Alexander technique instructor brings an understanding of movement and balance in the human body to her classes and her experience as a certified Craniosacral therapist adds a juicy, energetic dimension to her teaching.
