Kripalu Yoga with Joyce Benitez: Tuesdays at 6:30pm
Kripalu Yoga Classes begin with warm-up movements and breath awareness to prepare you for yoga postures. At the heart of each class is a sequence of postures that stretch, strengthen and balance your body. Each class ends with deep relaxation.

In her classes Joyce hopes to help students to pay attention to the long-ignored signals from the body, mind and heart. When her students come back to the class feeling better physically and calmer emotionally, it reminds her over and over why she does this rewarding work. Yoga continues to help Joyce believe in herself and to work past her imagined limitations and hopes to share this with her students.
