Early Morning Yoga with Scott Webb Mondays at 6:15am
Scott Webb has been practicing yoga for close to twenty years. Hešs created this early morning class to share one of his basic beliefs about yoga: If you have a regular morning yoga practice, it will not only change your day it will change your life. Scott combines the meditative quality of an Integral Yoga based series with the active flow of Vinyasa and the mindful awareness of Ashtanga. What all that means is, you will find yourself invigorated inside and out with a relaxed, energized feeling that can stay with you the entire day.
Scott likes teaching beginners but provides challenges and intensity for advanced practitioners as well. Come see what Morning Yoga is all about.
